Good questions deserve clear answers

Frequently asked questions.

Here is what early access means today, and what is still being built.

Can I start paid work now?

No. Early access does not include paid assignments, submissions, or payout requests. We will label upcoming previews separately from work that can actually be accepted.

What does an upcoming preview mean?

It is a staff-published description of possible future work. You can read upcoming previews, but cannot claim, perform, or submit them. Details may change or be withdrawn before a separate paid-work launch.

Who can create an account?

People who are at least 18 can register from countries and territories around the world. You must confirm your age at signup; this is a self-declaration, not independent age verification. Registration does not verify identity or establish eligibility for future paid work. Later opportunities may have country, language, and other requirements.

What kind of work is MicroGig planning?

MicroGig is focused on defined online tasks. The first planned paid task type is product and catalog verification, subject to a real client order and a reviewed pilot. No task is available for workers to start today.

How will rewards and payments work?

Before any future paid task can be accepted, its reward, acceptance rules, and payment conditions will be disclosed. Payment features are not operating in early access, and creating an account is not a promise of work or earnings.

Do I need to complete an unpaid test?

No. MicroGig does not plan unpaid qualification work. If a paid task type opens later, its completion and quality rules will be shown before participation.

What can I do with an early-access account?

Early access supports account registration, sign-in, recovery, a personal profile, upcoming previews, account support conversations, and published workspace announcements. Paid work is not open.

Is my email or identity verified when I register?

Signup sends a confirmation link to your email address. Until you use it, your address is unconfirmed and account access is limited. Email confirmation does not verify your real-world identity or paid-work eligibility.

Need account recovery? The account access page has recovery options. For a general enquiry, use the contact form; signed-in contractors can use workspace support.
