Early-access terms.
Version early-access-2026-10-02. These terms describe the public early-access service operated by Microgig, LLC, based in New York, United States.
No paid work is available. Registering gives you account access only. It does not verify your identity, reserve a task, create a payment entitlement, or promise earnings.
Age eligibility
Contractor accounts are available only to people who are at least 18 years old, regardless of country or territory. At registration you must confirm that you meet this rule. The confirmation is your declaration; it is not independent proof of your age. If we learn an account belongs to someone under 18, we may suspend access and review how to handle its information. Public information pages remain available without a contractor account.
Using your account
Provide information you are authorized to share and keep your password and recovery code secure. Staff accounts are invitation-only and subject to role-based approval. Contractor accounts cannot gain staff permissions through public registration. If email confirmation is enabled, a new contractor account remains limited until the address holder opens a single-use confirmation link and chooses the final account password. An unconfirmed signup can be replaced by a new signup for that address after 30 days. Confirming the address does not verify the person's identity.
Current service limits
Early access provides account and profile features and informational task previews. There are no assignments to claim, submissions to make, or payouts to request. A future paid-work agreement will be presented separately before any paid work opens.

We may update these terms as the service changes. We will identify a new version when updated terms apply to registration. This version does not set future task or payment terms. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
